How do I know if my order was successful?
After completing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder or contact us.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way, including track & trace if available.

What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands, your order will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the delivery service. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping applies to the Netherlands. Currently, we only deliver within the Netherlands.

How can I pay?
You can pay securely via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. More information can be found on our 'Payment Methods' page.

How can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. See our returns policy for terms and conditions and instructions.

I entered an incorrect address, what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@daretoundress.nl . If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. Any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can submit changes or cancellations by email. Please include your order number.
